I'm Dora, a Chocolatier from Keswick in the beautiful Lake District.

After finding the love for making chocolates 3 years ago during the pandemic I realised this was my true passion. Whilst saving for some time, learning techniques from other chocolatiers and online courses, I purchased my own kit and set about practising my own recipes and ideas. Fast forward a few months and Tempered to Taste was born. 

My goal was to create delicious and beautiful chocolates using the finest and most sustainable ingredients and using local produce when possible. 

Tempered to Taste is a one-woman business so you can be sure that every chocolate is truly handcrafted by me using traditional techniques.
